Panic fills his head as the clock ticks, he decides to telephone his wife's best friend, the local hospital and finally, the police. As the police investigate the situation, they stumble upon a journal, which uncovers a world of adultery and deceit. Stunned by her deception, Ed closes himself in his home and watches the walls close in.
