Unlike The Golden Globes, it seems that the chicago critics have their head in the right place when picking nominees. Hopefully the Oscar choices will be this good. Go Kong! Go Naomi! Go Zimmer and Howard for the Batscore!

I am so pshyced about Hans and Howard getting Nominated for Batman Begins. I personally think that movie should also be nominated for best picture, best actor (Christian Bale), best supporting actors (Liam Neison, Micheal Caine), and Best Director for Christopher Nolan. All four of those guys along with Zimmer and Howard are what meade that movie so great and turned a debunk franchise into yet again a thriving character driven story that not only is cool but has heart. Go Batman Begins!!!!

Hell yea, nice choices. I'm very happy with the nods that Crash, Batman Begins, King Kong, Cinderella Man, Walk the Line, Downfall, and supprisingly Mickey Rourke of Sin City got. Hopefully the Oscars will give out as many nods to films I like.
