Bio: John Kapelos (born March 8,1956 in London, Ontario, Canada) is a Canadian actor.
He is well known for his role in The Breakfast Club as Carl the Janitor and also appeared in two other movies directed by John Hughes: Sixteen Candles and Weird Science.
Kapelos starred in the science fiction cult tv show Forever Knight as Detective Don Schanke from 1992 to 1995.
